    Can you tell me , is there any way to show the ASA (Average speed of answer) for each CSQ?

    I was able to show the wall for my org. But we need to show the ASA as well.

    Can you please suggest me a way to show it?

    What do you mean by average speed to answer? Is this the same as average time in the queue?

    Yes,

    If we receive 3 calls.
    First call waiting time:- 30 sec
    Second call waiting time:- 40 Sec
    Third call waiting time:- 20 seconds

    ASA for all the calls would be :- 30 Sec

    We want to show the ASA(Average speed of answer) for all the CSQ individually as well as Average of all the ASA.
    I am not pretty familiar with Script which has been use, can you tell me what would be the code change in Default.asp??

    Sorry, but I don’t believe this is possible. That data isn’t in the wallboard database that Cisco has made accessible to us.

    Thanks Terry for the clarification,

    Is it possible with other user like UCCXHRUSER?

    Or do you have any idea, from where we can get this data??

    Sorry, but I don’t know of any way to accomplish this.
