    Trying to move our wallboard to a Windows Server 2016 platform, but am having a hard time getting the ODBC connection to work. Tried setting the path variable and re-installing the recommended informix driver 4.1 from the Unity Tools website, the ODBC driver shows up, but every time I try to test the connection I get a “Test connection was NOT successful.[Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]System error occurred in network function.”

    I reset the password on the uccxwallbaord user and changed the IP address of the wallboard server and even rebooted the UCCX server, but so far no dice.

    Oddly enough the wallboard seems to work even with the ODBC connection test failing. And also strangely, enough it started working on both the old and new server after I switched the wallboard server back to the IP of the old server. I’m not entirely sure what the problem was but I’m happy it’s working.
