I want to apologize in advance. I’m not super technical with code but our Network team stood the UCGuru app for us so we can monitor our SD. Since Sunday the Agent Stats page has not been updating correctly. Any user who is logged in to take calls/taking calls/in not ready do not show up on the board. Users who are logged off do show up but only an hour after they logged off. It then shows them logged off for x minutes when they have been logged off for 1 hour + X minutes. I’m pretty sure this is all tied to the time change due to the hour difference but our Networking team says everything is correct on the UCCX server. I’m thinking there is some line of code in either the default.asp or Perameters.cfg that i’m not seeing tied to the time. If anybody still monitors this site I would greatly appreciate any feedback or pointers.
