We recently upgrade from 10.x to 11.5 and Wallboard stopped working, everything is displaying at 0 for statistics. I am wondering if there’s an easy fix for it. I have confirmed that the ODBC connection still works properly.December 6, 2018 at 4:30 pm #474
Can you verify that your cluster hasn’t failed over? As in the previous sub has taken on the master role. That’s what usually causes this.December 6, 2018 at 4:56 pm #475
Terry, thanks for responding so quickly. Also, I am running 11.6, not 11.5. When I check the status on the API page, it appears correct…is there another command you recommend to check?

We are running in a HA cluster and the database was failed over. We are using DNS and the IPs have not changed.

So it’s up and running now?
I’m guessing we could make multiple datasources, then look for no data to be returned try the other in that case. I don’t currently have any plans to implement this though.December 10, 2018 at 10:44 am #479
Yes, thank you…once we failed the cluster back, it started working again.
