    Hi together,

    i have running my Script and select my CSQ. Then it shows the agents of this Queue and there Status.
    but the Time in Status is always 6h + the time that the in the status.
    Why is showing this 6h?

    How can i change it? Coud be a Time Problem of my Cisco Phonemaschine or of the webserver?

    Sorry Wichtel86, I don’t think I’m much help here. Do these agents log out every night, or do they stay logged in?

    no the agents are always logged out… dont know why is he counting 6h…
