    Hi All
    with this new work from home dynamic, our agents are not answering calls in a timely fashion. they are using the excuse that they dont have the wallboards up on monitors like they do in the office…So the team leaders have asked me, if we can play a sound (like a the microsoft ding.wav) whenever there is a new call that comes into the queue……can this be programmed somehow into the wallboard guru?
    any assistance would be appreciated and there is a possibility i can pay someone to work on it…
